A former North Las Vegas Training Officer and veteran, took her oath beyond the call of duty when a massive layoff occurred in North Las Vegas in 2013. She saw her colleagues, friends and fellow officers lose their jobs. North Las Vegas’s own were released from duty and had to succumb to the harsh reality of unemployment and the financial burdens to take care of themselves and their families. A Las Vegas resident for over 27 years, Ms. Brown has never wavered in her beliefs to serve, protect and contribute to her community.

When the North Las Vegas Facility shut down, it left a dint of professionals unable to provide for their families and protect their community in the industry in which they found great pride and responsibility. This didn’t sit well with Mrs. Brown and she decided to do something about it. Naturally, building a security company was the obvious solution; she had qualified officers with special skills and the experience to protect private and public sector clients, as well the Las Vegas community at large.

It was important to her for them to have wages that would allow a sustainable lifestyle. Nothing brought Ms. Brown asmuch joy as knowing she could employ her peers and newly laid-off officers. When Ms. Brown went to get her private investigative license, there were just a handful of people of color; she was the only woman. She’s a proud veteran and a pillar of the community. She understands how important it is provide protection to her private clientss opportunities to qualified officers and serve her community.
